Parliament instructed the Government and the Bank of Mongolia to establish a comprehensive green financing system by improving the legal framework and implementing measures such as promoting green buildings, energy efficiency, insulation, air-pollution reduction, concessional loans, and tax incentives.
The progress reports must be submitted to the Standing Committees each first quarter, which will also oversee the implementation of the resolution.
